Essential Requirements 

Experience 

- At least 1 year of experience in cleaning and maintaining corporate environments. 

- Knowledge of sanitizing shared spaces like lobbies, conference rooms, and break rooms. 

Skills and Competencies 

- Ability to handle corporate cleaning equipment (e.g., commercial vacuum cleaners, polishers). 

- Experience cleaning office-specific items (desks, computers, office chairs). 

- Strong understanding of hygiene standards in public areas. 

Personal Attributes 

- Punctual and reliable. 

- Good communication skills for coordinating with corporate staff if needed. 

Desirable Attributes: 

- Ability to identify and report maintenance issues. 

Job Title: Domestic Assistant 

Reports To: Cleaning Supervisor 

Essential Requirements 

Qualification & Experience 

- Prior experience in residential cleaning and housekeeping (minimum 6 months). 

- Familiarity with daily, weekly, and deep cleaning tasks in households. 

Speaks basic level English 

At least a primary school level of education 

Speaks at least one local language  

Skills and Competencies 

- Strong attention to detail for cleaning high-touch areas and delicate items. 

- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively. 

- Proficient in using household cleaning equipment. 

Personal Attributes 

- Trustworthy and discreet. 

- Polite and professional when interacting with homeowners. 

Reliable and punctual. 

Presentable and professional appearance (uniform is cleaned and pressed) 

Positive and willing to learn  

Able to adapt to different cleaning environments.    

Physical Requirements 

- Comfortable working in tight spaces (e.g., under furniture, inside cabinets). 

Able to perform physical task (e.g., lifting, standing long period of time, moving heavy objects) 

Good stamina for cleaning long period of time. 

Desirable Requirements

Job Title: Live-In Assistant/Live-In Caregiver 

Reports To: Care Supervisor 

Essential Skills 

Qualifications & Experience 

- Basic level of English for communication and understanding instructions. 

- At least a primary school level of education. 

- Ability to speak at least one local language. 

- Minimum of six months of experience in caregiving, housekeeping, or similar roles. 

- Familiarity with assisting elderly or disabled individuals in daily activities. 

Core Competencies 

- Ability to cook and prepare meals, adhering to dietary requirements if needed. 

- Competence in light housekeeping, including cleaning and laundry. 

- Basic knowledge of personal care tasks (e.g., bathing, grooming, dressing). 

- Understanding of health and safety procedures for caregiving.
